Often the difference between a great interview and a horrible one isn’t the candidate. Poorly developed interviewers can dramatically impact the interview process. We believe in connecting with your candidates so that you have more impactful conversations. No one is born a great interviewer these skills are trainable and can be honed with proper coaching. Many times interviewers are subconsciously discounting, adding their biases, and using ineffective heuristics to screen candidates.

We coach interviewers to observe themselves, create psychological safety, identify patterns of non-verbals and develop listening skills. We assist with creating structured interviews, candidates scorecards, and mock interviews so they can become exceptional adept at creating the kinds of interviews that yield the most effective interactions.
